Are you open on weekends?
No. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate?
We recommend calling for an appointment, which will generally last about 30 minutes depending on the damage. We can accommodate walk-ins but may be longer based on customer load. You can also begin your estimate by using our EZ Estimate Tool, which you can use on your phone.
How much is an estimate?
Estimates are FREE! You can even use our EZ Estimate Tool on your smartphone to get us started before you bring your car to our shop! Simply enter some basic information about your vehicle, snap a few photos, and we’ll send you a digital estimate.
When can I wash my car?
Right away. We have a bake cycle booth that cures the paint immediately after it’s painted. We detail and wash the vehicle prior to you picking it up, so wash away! However, we recommend waiting 2 months before using any automatic wash or applying wax.
What is a blueprint?
A Blueprint is the procedure that we use in disassembly to write a 100% complete Repair Order. The initial estimator can only write what is visible in the original estimate. After all the broken parts are removed and all the damage is visible, a team of technicians, parts personnel, and an estimator review the damage and a blueprint is completed.
What are aftermarket parts?
There are two types of auto parts available on the market for use with your automobile: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. Aftermarket parts are automobile parts made by third-party manufacturers.
Do you do glass replacement or chip repair?
Yes, we can install glass, including windshields, on all makes and models. We have a qualified glass team that specializes in glass installation and chip repair.
Will my paint match?
Yes, we guarantee the color match on your repair. We use the highest quality paint and the most advanced color matching system in the automotive industry.
What kind of guarantee do you have?
All of our work is guaranteed for the life of your vehicle.
How long does it take to repair my vehicle?
This is different for every repair.

The original estimated completion date may change if additional damage is found, or if there are parts that are not immediately available. By the time the vehicle is disassembled and parts are ordered, we can then update you with a more accurate completion date.
What if my frame is bent?
“Vehicles just aren’t built like they used to be.” That’s right, they are NOT!! They are built so much better. Having frame damage isn’t as significant or troublesome as it used to be. With the huge advancements taken by car manufacturers and modern repair techniques and equipment, frame damage is just another procedure.
What is PDR?
PDR is an acronym for Paint-less Dent Removal. Depending on the location and accessibility, we can PDR minor dents without having to do any paint work. This has the potential to save considerably on the cost. If you have minor dents, ask one of our estimators about this option.
Will you use factory parts?
Yes, as long as we work together with the insurance company to let them know that you do not authorize the use of aftermarket parts.
What does LKQ mean?
LKQ is an acronym for Like Kind and Quality. LKQ refers to a used part pulled from another vehicle. It is inspected by the seller and re-inspected by us to assure a proper fit and excellent quality.
